2K: 4:59.62
3K: 4:36.24
4K: 7:35.70 (Only 7 seconds faster than walking the bastard!!)
5K: 7:21.43
total: 30:05.37
I might have gone sub-30 but messed up the watch after the 1K mark so I added a 40 second "penalty." It probably was only 20 seconds or so before I noticed it. Felt much better than last time especially since this was not an all out effort.
