30x Burpee +
15x Sumo Deadlift Hi-Pull @ 115# +
40x Atomic Sit-up +
15x Back Squat @ 115#
Then:
2-man Team Race 100x Box Jump @ 24" box (50 jumps each)

Completed 12 rounds plus 5 Pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 8 squats.
Definitely a new PR by about 5 sets AND I did real pull-ups instead of jumping pull-ups!!
