2 muscle ups
4 handstand push-ups
8 2-pood kettlebell swings

subbed rowing muscle ups and elevated push ups (handstand progressions) and 1.5 pood kettlebells

did 10 rounds of muscle up/HSPU and 9 rounds plus 5 KB swings
