Repeat 5 times:
15 x Deadlift
12 x Hang power clean
9 x Front Squat
6 x Push Jerk

Post load and times to comments.  Official load is 135lbs

Wow, this one SUCKED. Ended up doing 3 rounds with 115 pounds. I left some skin on the bar and not having collars for the hang power cleans drove me nuts. To top it all off, I left my watch at the gym. Total time for 3 rounds: 17:45

this one did kick tail, I did the prescribed 135 lbs for 3 rounds in 16:55 then did the 2 other rounds with just bar weight (45 lbs)
