This one was disturbingly like nasty girls, but took over twice as long to finish.
BTW-Great pics. I don't have any from that trip--can you post more or send a CD carepackage?
Alrighty, this one started out very strong for me: box jumps and deadlift I can do! Not so much the pull-ups. Crash and burn baby. I needed to break them into sets. Round #1: 7-7-8-8, #2: 10-7-7-4-3, #3: 7-7-7-5-3-1. I redid the last one because my chin failed to clear the bar. I was pretty happy to finish without resorting to jumping pullups.
