Did 180 pounds for the deadlift (50 pound bar instead of 45). I still don't like burpees. Will be incorporating them into warm up from now on. Did 3/5 sets of DL unbroken.

Just wasn't feeling it this morning. My ankle is throbbing for some unknown reason. Will likely take the rest of the week off until Saturday due to my work schedule. (8am-3am tomorrow followed by 12pm-10pm Friday) Gotta love getting signed up to do a lecture and then work. . .feels like resident hours again.

Did all 5 rounds of DL unbroken, but the burpees were broken down like a '73 Pinto
First round took about 45sec. It was downhill from there.
I like burpees, can't say I love them but I got them over with!
