ROM on ring dips still needs work. My surgically-repaired left shoulder doesn't handle the lowering phase of dips too well.

the tri's are sore! even before i began; ever heard of clapping dips?
Oh man, I don't have a rowing machine here or good access to a track or treadmill...suggestions???? please/thank you
Just do 3 rounds:
21 burpees (sub for 500m row)
21 burpees
21 burpees (sub for 400m run)
189 burpees total

Got through 3 rounds of SDHP and band assisted ring dips and wasn't feeling it today. I'm really tired and worn down this week. Not sure why, just can't seem to recover.
I'll try the row-burpee-run tomorrow on my rest day. . .
