Whew, one last "official" workout before I'm off to Tampa for the week. As Rx'd12:40.52PR by about 2 minutes. The incline 400 course just sucks the wind right out of you on the return. Ugh.
10:30tis the magic number this past week for me I guess.Subbed .5 mi bike for the 400m run.Nailed the KB swings.PR by 2 minutes+ (though last time in Nov. I used rings for pull-ups instead of a bar)
10:52, PR but I don't know by how much. Finally back on the internet and, more importantly, finally back in America! Baltimore kicks Kabul's ass.
