Box Jump, 20 inch box (reps)
Push Press 75 lb (reps)
Row (calories)

282 as RXed. First time doing with WB and the right height box. Brutal!
Did the sport specific thing. New course, lots of hills and with the wife. We were out for about an hour and a half. Totally soaked with sweat afterwards. Fun stuff!
287 with the bike subbed for the rower.
Used the brand new Dynamax ball! wooptie doptie.
My total last time was like 370 something....yikes I'm behind...blame it on the altitude
