Rest precisely 3 minutes between rounds

Damn, fell apart mentally on this one. I forgot my ipod and went to the hotel gym. They pullup bar (yes they had one) sucked. Shiny, polished, 3/4 inch stainless steel, I was sliding off it like a pro. Made it through 3 rounds with the CNN talking heads annoying me in the background so I gave up and left.
