WOD 5.2.09

"Hansen"

Five rounds for time of:

2 pood Kettlebell swing, 30 reps
30 Burpees
30 Glute-ham sit-ups

Well instead of doing it as prescribed I broke it down into more manageable sets.

15 rounds of 10 reps a piece.

1st 5 rounds 11:15
2nd ... 16:15
3rd and final 13:31

Total time 41:41

Next time I will do it 10 rounds at 15 reps a piece probably. 30 seems too brutal!

Ran 5 point some miles in 45:30. Bout 4 hours pre-WOD
