WOD 5.26.09

"Barbara"

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Wow, not as bad as my mind was telling me it was going to be! I've recovered quite quickly from that 25k of brutality.

1st round 3:12
2nd round 3:13
3rd round 2:49
4th round 2:39
5th round 3:20

Had a bit of a drop off you could say. That 5th round kicked me.

Done on the scheduled day. Scaled to 3 rounds and 10-20-30-40

Missed the watch on the first round. Noticed after pullups and pushups were done.

Total with rest: 17:48.14

round 1: 1:45.37 (missed about 2 minutes?)
round 2: 4:25.19
round 3: 5:36.69
