My wrists really hurt after the heavy weights!

didn't want to do thrusters again today after doing them 2 days and 3 days ago. so...worked on my snatches.

5 x 5 of:

95 lb. snatch grip high pulls from the floor
45 lb. snatches from the floor

also added in w/ each set 2 reps of true "L" pullups. wow they are hard
