40 lb Dumbbell Split Clean, 15 reps
21 Pullups

Slowly easing back into Crossfit. I've been lacking motivation as of late. Not sure why.

Did CFWU x 2 minus dips and pullups

Then Back Squat, 135 lb 3 sets of 5 reps

Then Scaled the workout to 3 rounds and used a 95 lb barbell instead of dumbbells

Then for finishers 2 sets of 5 reps, 95 lb shoulder press

Been reading about the strength bias and may try it for 2 months although I may also switch over to endurance (I know, strengths. . .) but there is a trail run that I may do in the fall.

Ok, I think I'm going to do the race. Just reviewed the race website and it looks awesome. 25 miles, 5000 feet of elevation gain and loss. Hoo Waah!
