Since I always seem to do 3+3 subs for muscle-ups I decided to do jumping muscle-ups. Wasn't exactly sure of the ratio so I did 2 for 1 muscle-up.

60 jumping muscle-ups for time

Total time 11:16


The bar was about 8-12 inches above my head.
