"Filthy Fifty"

For Time:
50 Box Jumps, 24 inch box
50 Jumping Pull-ups
50 Kettlebell Swings, 1 pood (35 lb)
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to Elbows
50 Push Press, 45 Pounds
50 Back Extensions
50 Wall Ball, 20 Pounds
50 Burpess
50 Double Unders

Side note: I felt like shit for at least a half hour afterwards. Was not hungry, thirsty, and had no desire to move from laying on the floor. Interesting how the taxation of the metabolic systems temporarily leaves you in severe ATP, glucose, etc. debt post-workout.

Ugh, agree Alan, no desire to even more for at least 5 minutes and still nauseated 20 minutes later. New PR though.

Still doing knee raises instead of knees to elbows but they get a little higher with each passing "Filthy 50"

20 lbs. P. Press
10 lbs. wall balls
hanging knee raises instead of K2E
and finally tuck jumps
