AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

10 Wallball shots, 20 lb ball
10 GHD situps
10 Back Extensions

Lost count somewhere in the middle of this. I think I did 14 plus 10 situps (I started with situps as bro-in-law Andy joined me on this fun workout) but I may have done 15 plus 10, just not sure.

Did some box jumping afterwards, landed the 35.5 inch jump again. It's pretty freakin' high when you look at it!

10 rounds plus 5 wallballs. I'm telling you, the GHD situps kill your speed. You need to get one Rob! So with that you beat me today I guess...

Yeah, can't wait to get a GHD. Looking for one as soon as Steph goes back to work, that and a new rower with a monitor on it! Add a 2 pood kettlebell, 1 more 1 pood KB, and 4 mats and I've got a rockin home gym. . . All in good time.
