Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

7 rounds of a 2 minutes bike and 115 pullups.


Used to be a fav workout, not so much anymore; though not my least fav either.

7rdsm 64 pullups. Amazing after my 3rd straight day of running...

Man Paul. What gives with all the running? The 10k was the 1st I ran in more than a week!

Doing the PPCF workouts and my Air Force fitness test; 4 metcons, 3 including running, in 3 days. Harsh.

7 rounds of pullups plus another row of 1:31; subbed rowing for 1:45/ round since it was pouring outside. Did 65 pullups with a big skin tear on my palm. . . damn
