14:42 total time as RX'd. Used my new rings! :0 They work great. Gotta say, I'm a lot slower on the rings than on regular dips, go figure. Duh. The wrists were my worst enemy, though the HSPU were brutal, I finished them:)
made up Nicole as 2/3 of these movements need scaling for me. As posted under the appropriate day.
