Hurts so good. As always, used a 1:45 row to approximate 500m. Someday I'll get a rower with a computer on it! I was hoping to break 20 but perhaps next time!

Tried POSE today. I have a tempo trainer which was set at .67 or 90 cycles/minute. Running at that cadence actually felt slow unless I'm doing something wrong. I'll keep at it and practice the drills more and more.
