Wow, forgot how bad this hurt. Felt like puking for about 5 minutes afterwards.
Pullups: 9-7-6-6-5-4-6-3
Push Ups: 16-11-10-9-8-7-8-9
Sit ups: 9-8-8-10-8-9-8-10
Squats: 17-15-15-15-15-15-14-13
Almost held 15 through the squats but died at the very end. Better luck next time.
Feeling it a bit today. Ran the race...2.6 miles ~1k of altitude gain...25.24 minutes
Went for a epic 25+ mile bike ride an hour or 2 later.
Today's WOD:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 double unders
5 rounds.
Core work afterwards. Good stuff.
I guess that equals 313 for me. . .
