Great. I ran in the woods for 2.5 hours in the dark last night trying to get as many orienteering controls as possible, crashing through brush and (damn that hurt) briars. By 2 hours my hams were cramping and now the evil coach adds running to tomorrows workout!

Time actually went up but not as bad as I thought. I also did have to break to pacify the infant and the course was not a flat 800m track but a graded road with an inaccurate measure. All things considered, not too shabby.
