Whew! what a WOD.
26:58 for a final. Slow and steady.
Final mountain bike race of the year yesterday (Saturday). Almost blew-up on the course...just didn't have it in me. Finished 2nd to last in the long course haha. yikes.
Nice Al--I was busy climbing during this one, but I figured on 30min or more easy.
Skipped this one, ran 5k instead. . .
