WOD 11.10.09

"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Friend, co-creator, and ESS student Joel joined me for this:

5 rounds for time of:

10 Hang Snatches @ 85 lbs.
8 Supine Ring Pull-Ups
8 Ring Push-Ups
50 ft. 45lb. Barbell Bumper Carry (2 to a hand)

Total time: 10:38

Finished out with core stabilization..WooO!
