Friend, co-creator, and ESS student Joel joined me for this:
5 rounds for time of:
10 Hang Snatches @ 85 lbs.
8 Supine Ring Pull-Ups
8 Ring Push-Ups
50 ft. 45lb. Barbell Bumper Carry (2 to a hand)
Total time: 10:38
Finished out with core stabilization..WooO!
Additional Note:
The club hasn't been started yet...it is a dream of Joel and I...stay tuned for more.
*also...2 bumpers...one for each hand. sorry.
