Joel and I warmed up with 5x5 for him and 5x3 for me of Power Snatches (for him) and Squat Snatches for me.
65, 75, 85, 95, 95
3x10 buddy burpee box jumps - one person on each side alternating reps
7:34 total time for Elizabeth! woo...the body was hurting afterwards
