Five Rounds for time of:

95 pound Snatch, 3 reps
95 pound Overhead Squat, 15 reps
Run 400m

Even with a scale this workout was technically difficult. Used 75 pounds and did 3 sets. Stephanie used dumbbells.

Could have gone much faster but with the babe in the garage, one of us had to be there too so if someone was running, the other was lifting then waiting. . .
