Lumberjack 20 Memorial Workout

20 Deadlifts (275lbs)
Run 400m
20 KB swings (2pood)
Run 400m
20 Overhead Squats (115lbs)
Run 400m
20 Burpees
Run 400m
20 Pullups (Chest to Bar)
Run 400m
20 Box jumps (24")
Run 400m
20 DB Squat Cleans (45lbs each)
Run 400m

Today was a creation day for Al


2 partners, 5 rounds a piece, 5 exercises, 5 reps:

First partner
5 supine ring pull-ups (feet on box)
5 DB Floor to Ceiling (30 lb db's)
Dumbbell Bear Crawl ~5 reps per arm
10 DoubleUnders (5 per leg, but done in unison)

Boy, I had fun with this one today! Can add rounds to make it more challenging. Great for interval training though! Hard 45 seconds on, 1 or so break depending on your partner!
