WOD 1.13.10

"Lynne"

Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

Round 1: 3x185 + 14 pull-ups
Round 2: 3x185 + 14 pull-ups
Round 3: 2 failed attempts at 185, then 2x165 + 8 pull-ups
Round 4: 4x165 + 10 pull-ups
Round 5: 5x165 + 12 pull-ups

The progressive overload was KILLER. One day later and my arms are still jelly. Pull-ups have definitely gotten more consistent (finally; it's only taken 14 months but we're getting somewhere) Crazy how long it takes to get back to feeling good after letting yourself go for soooo long.
