Warmup:
Run 800m, practice POSE
30x air squat
30x pushup
20x pullups (these really suck after 30 pushups)
3 x 1 min jump rope (rest 30 sec in between)
PVC shoulder mobility
Pose Leg pulls x 30 right and left
Then WOD: 10:55.19
Stephanie did this in 8:50 something. She used 55 lbs and probably could've done more. I used the Rx'd weight but since the GHD (I think it's next) is yet to be purchased we both did abmat situps
This one kicked hard, but felt good.
Did as RX'd with 135. Only changed up the GHD, because Joel and I would have overlapped. Did 30 overhead barbell sit-ups for the 2nd round and 15 of 30 for the 3rd round.
