Woo haa. I've been neglecting the blog for a little while. I'll need to go back and document the workouts that I have done. (They're all in a notebook) As we get ready to head back to Rainier, I'll have to be a little more diligent about posting. Anyhow, todays workout:
Sleep 3 hours as I transition back to daylight hours. Take Adelay for a hike in the backpack at White's Woods. No snowshoes and the snow is still deep in places. Add 30 pounds of baby and gear and it feels like the hike into Jefferson. We were out for about an hour.
Then: WOD scaled to 5 rounds at the Rx'd weight. Total time: 9:43.41
