Three rounds for time of:
275 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
50 Double-unders
Crossfit Endurance WOD
Speed Good Mornings, 6x3 @ 60-65% Rest 180sec between sets
Rest 5min
For Time:
50 Reps Burpee Box Jump Over's, 20"
"Perform a Burpee then Jump over the box, perform another Burpee and continue back and forth until the reps are completed"
Crossfit Endurance Run
2 Rounds of:
3x1min, Rest 30sec between intervals, 2x2min, Rest 45sec between intervals, 1x3min, Rest 2min, Repeat Set. Rest between sets is the 30sec, 45sec, 2min.

Scaled the deadlift to 225 lbs instead of 275 although I probably could've done the Rx'd weight in hindsight. Felt pretty good. The double unders are such a metabolic hit though. In the second round I nailed 32 straight, then sucked air for 32 breaths straight ;-)
