WOD 3.29.10

Five rounds for time of:
40 Double-unders
30 Box jumps, 24 inch box
20 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood

Or

2 Back Squats every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes
Use a weight approximately 60% of Max

I think my weight was a little too high here. I used 225 pounds and got deep. It's been too long since I did a good squat routine. Afterwards my hams and quads were toast, and this was only 22 squats! I didn't calculate my weight beforehand. Afterwards I realized that I should've only had about 180 lbs on the bar! Oh well, I'll be better for it.

I also took Adelay for a hike. We did about 2-2.5 miles in the pack with an additional 10 pound sandbag. I'll add more next time to bring the weight up to 40-50 pounds.
