Warm Up

10 Plank to Downward Dog Transitions

Then

3x
15 Pushups or Dips
15 Walking Samson Lunges

Then

Work up to a hard 5 rep deadlift and then every 2 minutes add weight to the following rep scheme:

5-5-3-3-3

Then 5 Rounds for time:

Row 500m (Sub 30 1.5 pood Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pulls)
15 Bench Press at 135 lbs

Wow, this started well and ended awful, pure muscular fatigue on the bench

Deadlifts: started at 95-135-185-225 for 5 each on the warmup then:

275-295-315-335-355
