This sucked
Decreased weight to 35 pounds as the gym only had 1 set of 40's and only did 3 sets.
Time was 17:53.83
3 sets here as well at 40 lb. DB's though. pull-ups killed at end. My time 20:17 for 3 rounds...yes rob actually beat me...yay rob:)
