Another rough workout. Scaled weight to 65 pounds but did it all. Total time: 26:41.43. Shoulder were rubber afterwards. As I did a Samson Stretch to cool down my arms were shaking badly. Did full ROM which added to the difficulty and fast burnout.

haha, well according to the mouth of rob I "cheated" and didn't fully extend my arms, thus I finished before him. I told him to mind his own and that I didn't cheat :) I was in a rush, maybe missed the last half-inch...maybe.

7 sets at 75 lbs. Total time for me 18:05
