28:48.72 Skipped 20 of the pull-ups due to a complete lack of strength (and probably a lot of will as well) A big thanks to al-man do for ordering me a weight vest. With luck and a lot of "greasing the grove" it will help me improve my pull-up strength. An interesting caveat in one of Coach's lectures was that good, true strength may take up to 3 years to develop. The beginners curse indeed.
