50 Squats
15 muscle-ups

20 muscle-ups

For time.

If unable to do muscle ups, do 2-3 pull-ups and 2-3 dips

19:55 with jumping muscle ups. Before heading to Italy, I was a micron away from a muscle up. 2 weeks of good eating, and I have to work back to it.

All you muscle up bastards. . .21:06.62, did muscle up transitions and all the squats. . .Gotta work on that transition.

yay rob you tried it! i'm proud despite your attitude towards it.

I completed 2 muscle-ups then switched to false-grip jumping ones realizing I would not finish without doing so.
