Crossfit: The sport of sport. Functional Fitness. A kick in the backside of traditional training (and the participants). This is a record of our exploits. . .
Helen can suck my big toe...man I haven't felt this shitty since I was last drunk and hung-over a month or so ago. I'm slowly recovering though. Dunno what kicked my arse.
Total Time: 14:25.71. Had to wait for Alan on his pullups so that could use the bar but I was appreciative of the rest. . .The slight incline on the return 200 just about made me heave.

PR by 34sec, but the ROM on my last set of pullups was poor. I should have slowed down and done them right. Ah, well. Good WOD completed.
Paul, do you have kettlebells or just use dumbbells?
55lb Dumbbell. The gyms here are pretty good, but we lack a GHD, kettlebells, bumper plates and rope (for climbing).
95% of the time, I can improvise. I'm also not adverse to dropping non-bumper weights if need be.
I think the main advantage of kettlebells is that your hands don't hurt as much when you swing.
