umm so today just plain sucked. I did not do the complete 20 minutes...rather about 10 minutes through jumping MU, actual handstand push-ups, and KB swings I felt I could no longer do handstand push ups so I did inverted burpees instead. Anyways, did not keep record of my rounds and was rather pissed with the workout.

On a positive note, did 30 KB one arm clean and jerks (alternating) and 30 MB cousins. To top the cake, we did 1 minute slosh-pipe holds. Shitty start for the workout, good ending.

Soooo, I can't do muscle ups, I can't do handstands. . .And my shoulder is beginning to piss me off. Just when I think it's getting better, it acts up again. So I made up my own workout:

2x Leg blasters +
30x 53 lb kettlebell clean and jerk
50x wall ball

Did it in 17:35

Then 2x 1+ minute (The first round was probably about 3-4 minutes as Alan did his last 10 "cousins") slosh pipe overhead hold

Damn, leg blasters kill. I could barely jump 3 inches after the second round. . .
