Did 255# DL because it was easier to rotate plates that way, and medicine ball situps. Thought the medicine ball was easier than the abmat. Started to black out in 4th round of DL, so scaled the last round to 165# (didn't want to die). As it was, I was woozy for about 10min afterward.
POSE Update:
Managed to do the first two rounds of running unbroken at 14kph (we have 1 metric treadmill). That's about a 6:55 mile pace. Broke the last three rounds: 50m at walking, 150m at 14kph, repeat. Lost form quite a bit at the end. Still, it felt significantly easier physically than even a 9min pace felt before. Pretty cool.
Wow, talk about a "workout" I'm fighting off an annoying minor cold that really made my lungs burn today. Scaled the deadlift to 205 pounds.
Time: 27:40.03
Scaled DL's to 205 lbs. Used AbMat or the floor for situps.
Total time 20:27
Rob your welcome for the encouragement, I'll take those middle fingers with a smile grump-o
