Previous PR for a set of 3 was 385. Figured if I'd try 395, I may as well try 400.

So, I did this one with the next days Tabata Something Else. Started with a gradual warmup. I played with double-unders and for the first time, linked 4-5 of them!!!!!

Then:

135x10
225x3

295-315-325-335-335

then off to the next workout.

Apparently I did not push it because I only managed 225, 275, 295, 305, and 315.

Hmm, my goal is to get 370 which is twice my body weight. So I suppose I coulda been up in the 340's somewhere. Next time.
