WOD 11.3.08

With a continuously running clock, do 1 pull-up the first minute, 2 pull-ups the second minute, 3 pull-ups the third minute, and continue until you can no longer do the required number in the given amount of time.  Rest as needed to complete sets.

9 rounds plus 7 pullups into round 10. . .an improvement over the 7 rounds previously. I guess I had better enjoy the fun while it lasts. I'll miss Al Man-Do when he moves to Colorado, but at least we can keep the progression going through this blog!

Yes Rob, we can keep the fun going through the blog. We'll be interesting to see how the new altitude effects my performance. Heck, I'll come back to sea level packing RBC's and show my previous self up. haha.
