Wall Ball, 20 pound ball

Double Unders

This is the first time I ever finished one of the "long" workouts (Murph, fitlhty 50, etc.) in about 6 tries.

Only substitutes were 50lb good mornings gor back extensions and regular jump rope for double-unders. I'm clinically retarded when it comes to jumping rope, so double-unders are not for me.

Wow, this really sucked today. . .

Time: 39:32.10

Only sub was knee raises instead of KTE (although some were close) and I used an 18 pound medicine ball and a 35 lb dumbbell.

Managed to rip through everything up to the push press and then self destructed after that. Wall ball followed by burpees followed by double unders is a killer workout in and of itself. . .

great stuff. KTE had to break up and also the wall balls and burpees ob. Double Unders went well after stopping and starting up to 20 or so, from there it was smooth sailing and shouldering burning till 50. Great stuff that filthy is!

previous time was 24:17 and that was doing tuck jumps instead of double unders. I'm happy. Let's all keep moving forward.
