"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

19 Rounds of Cindy

Today was a serious breakthrough; previous PR was 14!

Did first 5 rounds in 4 minutes, and gradually slowed down. All sets were unbroken, with only breath rests after each set of squats. I had never finished the workout without breaking pushups and squats.

All told, a great day!

20 rounds plus 5 pull ups and 7 push ups of round 21. Good stuff.

P.S. did all exercises uninterrupted-except of course for the last set of pushups that didn't finish fully in time.

Did this on the 23rd (DNR) and again on the 24th and put in 9 rounds. Way off of my PR of 14. Mentally exhausted after a rough week at work. I think I lost this to myself mentally before I even began.
