Only deviation from RX was that I used the C2 rower for the last 3 rounds instead of running; all the treadmills in the gym filled up.

I think a suitable sub for this workout is to have someone beat you with a cricket bat every 30sec for an hour.

did 3 rounds because of time constraints and because I didn't want to be in the gym any longer with the level of douche-bagery; read: john cock n balls.

guesstimate a finish time of around 50 minutes
