Also did 2 rounds at 225 with exaggerated ROM (basically sitting on my heels)

I'm surprised I could do any workout after yesterday, much less get a PR. I don't know about you guys, but my gains over the last few weeks have been tremendous; I wonder if it's trying to eat better, working on run technique, or just the result of all the hard work over the last year. Anyway, it's awesome!
