Legs were burning after the last few days.

Sorry, bad news. . .I think the 10k left me with a stress fracture in my foot. It hurts like hell. I did Cindy and just posted the results; way off my PR of 14 sets. Of well. I've been babying the foot and taking it easy as work was also killer this week. Be back in the game soon.
