WOD 12.27.08

Rest Day!!!

Alan and Rob are in North Carolina visiting Al's extended family.  Today they created this workout:

"Road Warrior"

5 rounds for time of:

90 meter swim
10 push ups
10 sit ups
10 squats

Yeah, the pool was a couple yards short (44 laps to the mile versus 40)
