Alan and Rob are in North Carolina visiting Al's extended family. Today they created this workout:
"Road Warrior"
5 rounds for time of:
90 meter swim
10 push ups
10 sit ups
10 squats

Rob had his way and finally beat me down. Congrats Rob, hope to see more of those in the future
Yeah, the pool was a couple yards short (44 laps to the mile versus 40)
