AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

95 lb Thruster x5
95 lb Hang Powercleans x7
95 lb Sumo Deadlift High-pull x10

This one trashed my lower back-- it feels like someone ran razor blades from my sacral crests all the way to my coccyx. (heh heh heh he said "coccyx").

I did 5 rounds in 10 minutes, and spent the next 10 doing one exercise, and then waiting for the pain to subside enough to move on to the next one.

In sum: ouch

Oi Veah! 6 rounds plus all of the thrusters and hang power cleans of round 7. Ouch. Odd that both Paul and Alan felt this in their backs. I felt this one in my forearms. . . Fun stuff as Rx'd. BTW, I'm BaaAck:)
