Sorry Alan!! :) I did a "Rowing Michael" I subbed 3 rounds of rowing for 3:30 minutes instead of the run. My 500m time is around 1:32 at best and I can do 1:40-1:50 repeats so I figured 3:30 would be good for approximately 1000m (wish I had a monitor for my gen A concept 2 rower, think Hasse's rower) Also did abmat back extensions and sit ups.

First time I did this one; I switched out for running technique on previous tries.
Subbed 50# good mornings for back extensions.
Rob, you didn't say it was 3 rounds for time so therefore I only did one freakin round! ahh that sucks.
